We use the DocsBot AI chat service on certain pages. The provider is:

Please do not enter sensitive personal data, health information, confidential information or personal data relating to third parties in the chat.

DocsBot uses technical providers and artificial intelligence services, including providers located in the United States. Questions, answers and chat histories may be processed by these providers to generate answers and deliver the service.

DocsBot is used on the basis of your consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. The service must only be activated after the relevant consent has been given.

Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is made in accordance with Articles 44 et seq. GDPR, in particular on the basis of an applicable adequacy decision, the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or other legally recognised safeguards.

10. Links to Teachable and KWRAK

Our website contains links to external services, in particular:

• Teachable, for access to courses and for the corresponding course registrations and payments;
• kwrak.com, an independent Shopify-based online store for physical products.

When you click one of these links, you leave f-balance.com. From that point onwards, the provider of the destination website processes your data under its own responsibility and in accordance with its own privacy policy.

f-balance.com does not process course payments or orders for physical products. Information entered directly on Teachable or kwrak.com is not collected through balance-f.com.

11. Recipients of personal data

We disclose personal data only where:

International transfers are made only where one of the requirements of Articles 44 et seq. GDPR is satisfied, for example:
