If you are an F-Balance® Professional or Master and you are still not listed in the farrier search, this may be due to the following reasons

No valid phone number and email address on file

In order for potential customers to be able to contact professionals and masters in the farrier search, a valid telephone number and e-mail address are required. This is necessary to connect to our communication system and forward important customer enquiries to you.

No update

As quality and continuous development are very important to us, each professional is required to update every 2 years in order to remain on the site. If your update is more than 2 years ago, we ask you to make an UPDATE or a REVALIDATION.

Important: If the above requirements are not met, we cannot officially list you in the hoofworker search.
