If you are an F-Balance® Professional or Master and still not listed in the hoofworker search, this may be due to the following reasons:

No valid phone number and e-mail stored

In order for potential customers to be able to contact professionals and masters in the hoofworker search, a valid telephone number and e-mail are a prerequisite. This is necessary in order to establish a connection with our communication system and thus pass on important customer inquiries to you.

No update

Since quality and continuous development are very important to us, every professional is obliged to make an update every 2 years in order to stay on the website. If your update is more than 2 years ago, we ask you to make an UPDATE or a REVALIDATION.

Important: If the above requirements are not met, we cannot officially list you in the hoofworker search.
